My Education & Credentials

Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner official seal

Graduate Degree

Wanting to deepen my understanding of behavior analysis and instructional design, I pursued a master’s degree in Curriculum Design with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of Virginia. This graduate training strengthened my ability to develop individualized, data-driven interventions that promote meaningful and lasting change.

Board Certification & Licensing

Following my graduate education, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and applied for licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia. These credentials reflect my commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based behavior analytic services while meeting the professional standards required to practice in the Commonwealth.

Recognizing that quality of life extends beyond daytime supports, I also became a Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP). This specialized training allows me to help individuals and families address sleep challenges using behavioral strategies that are practical, individualized, and supported by research.

Under Graduate Degree

I earned by my Bachelor of Science in Education in Special Education for Students with Moderate to Severe Disabilities from The Ohio State University. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in individualized instruction, behavior support, and educational programming for individuals with complex support needs. I also earned a Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Special Education- Adapted Curriculum (K-12).

Every stage of my education changed the way I understood people and learning. As I pursued my degree in special education and later became a BCBA, I gained the knowledge and tools to understand behavior, teach meaningful skills, and make decisions grounded solid data and best practices. Just as importantly, I learned that effective support is about more than applying research or following a treatment plan. It requires listening, remaining curious, and recognizing that every individual and family brings unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

Integrity Behavioral Partnership exists because I wanted to build a practice where clinical knowledge is always guided by compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping each individual reach their full potential.
