Studying With Books

Hi, I'm
Whitley Savage BCBA

Owner and sole practitioner of

Integrity Behavioral Partnership.

I am a...

M. Ed.,

Special Education Teacher,

LBA,

Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner,

a cat lover,

and most importantly,

a twin mom!

I am also here to help.

My Background

Education & Training

My educational journey reflects a commitment to developing the knowledge and skills needed to provide thoughtful, evidence-based support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Beginning with a foundation in special education, I continued to build my expertise through graduate study, professional certification, state licensure, and specialized training. Each step has strengthened my ability to collaborate with individuals, families, and support teams to develop practical, person-centered solutions that improve quality of life.

Professional Experience

With a background spanning special education, autism services, and applied behavior analysis, I bring years of experience supporting individuals and families across educational, home, and community settings. My clinical experience includes direct therapy, consultation, and professional training, with a focus on individualized, evidence-based support that helps people develop skills, increase independence, and thrive.

Personal Story

As a BCBA, I stand out because in addition to being a special education teacher, I was a special education student and am now the parent of special education children. I have been given the unique, if not always easy, chance to see all the sides of special education, including the supports many students are given after graduation as they learn to navigate the world outside of school. I'm where I am today, not because any of the roles I've played have been easy, but because I was lucky enough to have people who knew what they were doing advocating for me. Now I'm ready to pay it forward.
